Managed Services

Your users get fast help and your systems stay patched, monitored and documented. Service desk, infrastructure operations and on-site support under one agreement.

Service Details

Managed IT services mean your day-to-day IT is run for you under one agreement. Your users get a service desk that answers, your servers, network and cloud stay patched and monitored, and someone keeps the documentation current. You stop firefighting and get a plan for improving the estate instead.

We run the service desk, infrastructure operations and on-site support, with agreed response times and regular reporting. It sits within our continuous operations services, alongside the cloud, endpoint and identity work that keeps an estate secure month after month.

INFO

You get one team accountable for keeping your IT running, rather than a mix of contractors, vendors and an overloaded internal team.

Your IT estate, run properly

Password resets, patch windows, supplier calls and the server nobody documented all land somewhere. When they land on a small internal team, project work waits. We take that load on, so your users get help quickly and your team gets time back.

Improvements are planned and delivered on a schedule rather than in a crisis. You see what was fixed, what is at risk and what we recommend next.

What managed services covers

User support and infrastructure operations under one agreement:

Service Desk

One point of contact for your users, with triage, escalation and response times matched to business impact.

End User Support

Joiners, leavers, access problems, app issues and broken hardware handled, working with our endpoint management.

Infrastructure Operations

Servers, networks and cloud services monitored, patched and planned for growth before capacity runs out.

Incident Management

Clear severity levels, updates while an incident runs, and root-cause fixes so the same problem does not return.

Moving from your current provider

Changing provider worries most teams, because a missed handover means users without support. You get a phased transition that keeps service running throughout.

  1. Discovery — We map your systems, contracts, licences and open tickets, and find the gaps in your documentation.
  2. Parallel running — Credentials, monitoring and access move across while your current arrangements stay in place.
  3. Cutover — The service desk switches over on an agreed date, with open tickets carried across.
  4. Improvement — Once things are stable, we deliver a prioritised plan to fix what discovery uncovered.

On-site when it matters

Remote support handles most requests quickly. Some offices still need an engineer in the room, so scheduled visits cover hardware faults, meeting-room checks and the face-to-face help that builds trust with your staff.

Audit evidence as part of the work

Running operations properly produces the evidence auditors ask for. We keep the patch records, access reviews, backup logs and asset registers behind Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and UK GDPR programmes. Our compliance support team then turns that evidence into a pack ready for your auditor.

Services that work alongside

Managed services pairs with the rest of our operations work. Add endpoint management to keep laptops and phones secure, identity and access to control who can sign in, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration within the same agreement. For the infrastructure we run, threat and vulnerability management finds and fixes weaknesses before attackers do.
