Security-led continuous operations

Continuous operations is our model for running IT with security at the centre. Keeping systems running is necessary, but it is not the same as keeping them secure. We run the day-to-day services and monitor, tune and report on security as part of the same service.

A traditional managed service provider measures success by ticket volume and uptime. Security is often a separate product, sold and reviewed on its own. In a security-led model, the same team that runs your endpoints, identity and cloud also watches for threats, closes gaps and reports against your risk profile every month.

The service runs month after month. We start with a baseline of your current estate, agree the priorities with your leadership team, then keep the controls and reporting current as your business and threats change. You get one accountable partner rather than several vendors.

Frequently asked questions

How is security-led continuous operations different from an MSP?

A traditional MSP focuses on keeping systems available and resolving tickets. A security-led model adds continuous threat monitoring, control tuning and risk reporting to the same service, so security is part of day-to-day operations rather than an add-on.

Does this replace my existing IT team?

No. It can work alongside an internal team, taking on the security monitoring, patching and reporting so your team can focus on projects.

How do you measure whether it is working?

We report on agreed measures each month, such as coverage of endpoints and identities, time to fix critical issues and open risks against your framework.
